Students Talk PT to Legislators!

Colorado legislators know more about Physical
Therapy today than they did before, thanks
to a couple dozen PT students who roamed the
halls of the state capitol on Feb. 28th.
This year’s “PT Student Legislative Day”
was organized by CU SPTs Julie Engle and
Terra Wishon as part of the National APTA
Student Advocacy Challenge. CU won this
competition last year and added some new
features such as immediate on-site reports
to APTA.

webpage for photos of the very successful
event.
