Annual Bob Doctor Memorial Golf
Tournament -
August 15th
Mariana
Butte Golf Course
in Loveland.
(Register by August 4th!)
 This
fundraiser is hosted annually by
the Colorado Chapter of the APTA.
The tournament raises money for
a variety of legislative needs.
One primary goal is to raise
funds for lobbying efforts to
address Sunset of PT
licensure which will occur next
year. Every 10 years
licensure comes up for review by
the legislature to determine if
it is still necessary to protect
the consumer. To protect your
license we need your help! These
funds ensure someone is in our
corner when the legislators
review our status.

2010, the Annual
Conference and Exposition of
APTA, is the national
event for physical therapy.
The 2010 APTA
elections for national office
were held on Monday, June 14,
during House of Delegates
activities in Boston,
Massachusetts.

national elections. The House of Delegates, held
annually each spring, is the
highest policy-making body of
the Association. It is comprised
of chapter voting delegates and
section, assembly, and PTA
Caucus non-voting delegates, and
consultants. The number of
voting chapter delegates is
determined each year based on
membership numbers as of June
30.
